Welcome to the Lift with Pride event in the vibrant East Village! Join us on Saturday, June 8th at 2:00 PM to test your deadlift strength. This event is all about lifting each other up and embracing diversity and inclusion. The event will run like a powerlifting meet where each participant will have 2-3 attempts to lift the heaviest weight they can deadlift. All ages, experience, and abilities are welcome to join!
