The Pride Walk demonstrates that Pride is a celebration of people coming together in love and friendship, to show how far LGBTQ+ rights have come, and how in some places there’s still work to be done. The Pride Walk is all about being oneself, being seen and – most importantly – being proud of who we are.
Visibility IS Education.
Pride is a celebration of people coming together in love and friendship, to show how far LGBTQ+ rights have come, and how in some places there’s still work to be done. The Pride walk is a peaceful protest and an opportunity to stand up for tolerance and respect.
Route: From the Nomade (letters) sculpture in the sculpture garden to the Capital via Locust Street.
